The first phase of C-KINGDOM New Material's 100,000 tons of recycled copper production of high-conductivity copper rods was put into production and the groundbreaking ceremony of the R&D center was held.

Cao Jiongfang, Secretary of the Xiangtan Municipal Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, and Huang Chongqi, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, attended the ceremony and delivered speeches. Zhang Yingchun, deputy secretary of the Xiangtan Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, and Huang Fang, secretary and vice chairman of the Provincial Federation of Overseas Chinese, witnessed the commissioning of the project. Bai Yunfeng, Secretary of the Yuhu District Party Committee, delivered a speech, and Mao Binghua, Chairman of C-KINGDOM Group, introduced the project.

Hunan C-KINGDOM Group is one of the top 50 manufacturing enterprises in the province, is the first batch of circular economy pilot demonstration enterprises in Hunan, and one of the copper recycling enterprises with the most complete product chain in the central region. After the C-KINGDOM New Material Project signed a formal agreement in November 2020, the Yuhu District Committee and the District Government have attached great importance to and strongly supported the project. With the best policy and the best team, the city’s industrial projects have been promoted at a new speed. With the new efficiency, it took only one and a half months to level up the 800,000 cubic meters of mountain site, and complete the construction of more than 16,000 square meters of high-standard factory buildings and related auxiliary facilities in just three months. The C-KINGDOM new material project put into production in Yuhu High-tech Zone covers an area of 175 acres and is carried out in three phases. After the first phase of the project is put into operation, it is expected to achieve an output value of more than 3 billion yuan.

Mao Jiongming, Chairman of the Board of Directors of C-KINGDOM Group, introduced that from trial production on March 30 to formal production on May 20, the output value of the project has exceeded 400 million yuan and the output has exceeded 6,000 tons. The project adopts an advanced intelligent quality control system and a remote manufacturing monitoring system to carry out the entire online operation of the entire process from the incoming inspection of raw materials, the monitoring of the manufacturing process, the inspection of finished products, and the logistics and transportation. In addition, the continuous casting and rolling production line of this project adopts the technology of the South Line of the United States and the "natural gas + liquid oxygen" process of independent intellectual property rights, and uses 100% recycled copper raw materials.

On the same day, C-KINGDOM Group will also donate 2 million yuan to the Hunan Overseas Chinese Charity Foundation to help promote education, aid the poor, help the poor, revitalize the countryside, and develop sports.
